Welcome to https://www.valenciafencing.com (the “website”), operated by Valencia Fencing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Use of the website is completely voluntary. These Terms of Use (the “terms”) briefly explain how we run our website and business. By using our site, engaging in communication, filling out a website form, soliciting an estimate, or choosing to work with us, you agree to these terms. We appreciate you taking a minute to read them.

Please don’t:

  • Use the website for anything unlawful

  • Submit false information, or someone else’s information without their permission

  • Try to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the website

  • Take our content for your own commercial use

Website form use

When you communicate with us through the website, you’re starting a conversation. You are not placing a confirmed order, and you are not entering into a construction contract.

We do not calculate your material needs for you based on drawings. We do provide a material order sheet that guides you through the process of determining your project’s needs. If you are unsure of your material needs, installation design, property line details, or any other professional fencing consideration, we strongly recommend that you pursue an installation with us rather than a material-only order.

Material lists are requests, not confirmed orders. Sending your list tells us what you need. It does not reserve stock, lock in pricing, or mean your order is pulled and waiting at the yard. We'll confirm what we have, what it costs, and when it's ready to load. Please wait for that confirmation before you drive out.

Services we provide

Valencia Fencing LLC offers a range of fencing and material product services (“services”) including:

  • Fence installation estimate, which requires a site visit accompanied by you

  • Fence removal, installation, replacement, and repair

  • Material sales

Services eligibility

We do not willingly provide services to children under the age of 18, so you must be at least 18 years old to request or hire us for work. By using a website form, contacting us, or working with us, you’re confirming that you meet this requirement.

Estimates and contracts

Our estimates (a.k.a. “quotes” or “bids”) are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices can change after that time period based on material costs or other factors.

Once you approve an estimate, we’ll send over a contract for your review and signature. Please review it carefully before signing. Work, including material orders and scheduling crews, begins after the contract is signed.

Payments

A deposit of at least half the project price is due at the time the contract is signed. Final payment is due within 15 days of work completion unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card, and QuickBooks payments.

Availability and scheduling

We do not schedule an installation before the contract is signed, deposit is received, and material is staged.

Any availability, scheduling, lead times, and stock information we provide (on the website or in communication) before then is only a good-faith estimate based on current timelines. This information does not act as a placeholder or guarantee of a specific timeline or date for the installation to take place.

Scheduling an installation with us is straightforward: we contact you when we have everything ready to go, confirm your availability, and add you to our schedule. We are not liable for any changes to your schedule that you make from our good-faith estimates.

Warranties and guarantees

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Valencia Fencing provides a one-year Craftsmanship Warranty, depending on the type of project. The exact warranty details will be shared in your contract or upon request.

Photo use

If you send us photos for the purposes of soliciting our services, you’re confirming that you have the right to share them, and you’re giving us permission to use them for the reason(s) you sent them. That may include, but is not limited to, estimates, planning, and executing the work.

All text, logos, photos, and design on this website belong to Valencia Fencing LLC or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, browse, and share links to the website, but reusing anything contained here commercially without our explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

Accuracy
